This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo provides 2,130 square feet of beachfront living space including a spacious outdoor terrace.

These SkyYard Patios provide the best of both worlds with a fully screened patio and an open-air extended balcony. With nothing but blue sky above, guests can walk out and sunbathe leisurely taking in the scenic elevated views of Seven Mile Beach.

SkyYard Patios are exclusive to the fourth, fifth, and penthouse floors. They come furnished with an outdoor dining table with seating for six, plus a lounge area. It’s the perfect spot to start your morning with a cup of coffee or wind down the day with a sunset happy hour.

Inside, the interiors feature elevated ceilings, cool tiled floors, and modern fixtures. Central air conditioning, complimentary high-speed wifi, and satellite television programming will keep you cool and connected throughout your stay.

The living area comes furnished with plush sofa seating, plus an entertainment center with a television and audio system. Enjoy all the comforts of home plus oceanfront views throughout the living area.

The home’s three bedrooms sleep 6 guests comfortably.

A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a breakfast bar includes everything you need for a home-cooked meal. Cookware, flatware, stemware, and cutlery are all provided.

Daily housekeeping is included throughout your stay (Except Sundays and Christmas Day). All linens, plus bath and beach towels, Toiletries, along with Paper Towels, Bathroom Tissue, and dish detergent are provided.

Each condo is also equipped with a full-size washer and dryer. Laundry service is available by contacting the front desk.

    Unit 30 is a very spacious unit. We found the unit clean and ready for occupancy when we arrived. Furnishings were nice and beds were very comfortable. We were a party of 5 and were very comfortable in the unit. The kitchen was well-stocked with fairly new appliances. One suggestion would be am umbrella on the outside patio so that this space could be enjoyed.

    We were promptly greeted after parking by Edna from the laundry room with cheerful personality and a tour. The private beach exists, no eroded, but is short in length. The Marriott next door provides waterfront dining, drinks, and activities. The Hampton behind the building has a restaurant with nightlife and food. We snorkeled the artificial reef everyday right out in front of our unit. We brought our own full face snorkels (the best!), but there is a rental co that will drop off equipment to you or use Red Sail at Marriott.

    We got a car and drove on the opposite side of the road, no problem, but had pervious experience. Having the freedom to travel was the best. Favorite restaurant stops included Calypso Grill in West Bay and The Union at the Camana Bay shopping center.

    The unit was exactly as the picture. Would stay again.

    We rented villa 30 for our family the last week in February. It was clean and well maintained and had a lot of added amenities. Our sky patio was the perfect place to watch the beautiful sunsets. The staff was attentive and very helpful in making reservations for dining and excursions. We love the location of South Bay Beach Club. It is within easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. You don’t even need a car when staying here. The beach is lovely and almost private due to the changing shoreline.
    The pool area has a cabana with grills where we cooked a few meals. The heated pool was a bonus for our little ones. I highly recommend staying at South Bay Beach Club. We’ll be back.
