This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2 bath condo provides 1,350 square feet of beachfront living space, including a screened patio.

Patios come furnished with an outdoor dining table or a small lounge area. It’s the perfect spot to start your morning with a cup of coffee or wind down the day with a sunset happy hour.

Inside, the interiors feature elevated ceilings, cool tiled floors, and modern fixtures. Central air conditioning, complimentary high-speed wifi, and satellite television programming will keep you cool and connected throughout your stay.

The living area comes furnished with plush sofa seating, plus an entertainment center with high-definition television, Blu-Ray player, and home audio system. Enjoy all the comforts of home with oceanfront views throughout the living area.

The home’s two-bedroom suites sleep 4 guests comfortably. Each bedroom is equipped with an en-suite bath and a television.

A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances includes everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal. Cookware, flatware, stemware, and cutlery are all provided. Both the patio dining table and the kitchen breakfast bar seat four guests.

Daily housekeeping is included throughout your stay (Except Sundays and Christmas Day). All linens, plus bath and beach towels, Toiletries, along with Paper Towels, Bathroom Tissue, and dish detergent are provided.

Each condo is also equipped with a full-size washer and dryer. Laundry service is available by contacting the front desk.

Located within walking distance to restaurants, nightlife, shops, and watersports, the South Bay Beach Club is a wonderful resort for guests looking for a Seven Mile Beach vacation.

  After much research, we chose South Bay Beach Club and so glad we did. It was like a private oasis on 7 Mile Beach. The condo was clean and well stocked. The location was perfect for island exploring (we rented a car) and restaurants. We loved the beach and pool areas, noteworthy, no need to save lounge chairs!

  Fantastic view. Fantastic location. We stayed in the same unit (#17) last year and mentioned upon leaving that the unit should have more seating in the living room. The additional couch was just what it needed. We love to hang out by the pool and use the grilling area. Unfortunately, the unit does not have any plastic plates/bowls/etc. Glass is not allowed in the pool area (for good reason). The beach is wonderful. We went to Camana Bay several times for gelato (Gelato & Co.) and dined at Abacus & Agua (Both Excellent). We also dined at Morgan's & Casa 43 (Loved them both). We all had massages at Spacation (Heavenly). Everywhere we went was within walking distance.
